1. Giveaway Organizer

The Queen's Sinful Shelf Giveaway ("Giveaway") is organized and administered by Queen Of Smut™ / Library Of Sin™ ("Organizer"), based in Texas, United States.

2. Giveaway Period

​

The Giveaway begins on Monday, October 26, 2026, at 12:00 AM Mountain Daylight Time (MDT) and is scheduled to close on Saturday, November 7, 2026, at 11:59 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST).

​

The closing time is subject to confirmation in the form's scheduling settings before launch.

All deadlines follow the America/Denver time zone, including the seasonal time change.

Entries received outside the official entry period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

​

The Giveaway is open to international participants who:

​

• Are at least eighteen (18) years old and have reached the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction.

• Reside in a location where participation is legally permitted.

• Can legally receive the applicable physical prize by international shipment.

• Submit a valid entry during the Giveaway Period.

• Comply with these Official Rules.

• ​

The Giveaway is void wherever prohibited or where applicable registration, licensing, bonding, or other legal requirements have not been satisfied.

​

Additional country or regional restrictions may apply and must be finalized before the Giveaway opens.

The Organizer and members of the Organizer's immediate household are not eligible.

4. How to Enter

​

Visit the official giveaway page and complete the Jotform entry form.

​

Entrants must provide:

​

• Their name.

• A valid email address.

• Their preferred giveaway prize.

• ​

Entrants may optionally provide a social media handle.

​

One (1) entry per person is permitted throughout the Giveaway Period.

​

Multiple entries from the same individual, including entries using alternate email addresses or identities, may be disqualified after review.

Entries must be submitted directly through the official form. Entries through comments, direct messages, tags, or social media shares do not count.

​​

No purchase, payment, newsletter subscription, social media follow, like, comment, or share is required.

​​

5. Giveaway Prizes

​

There will be two (2) individual prizes and two (2) separate winners.

​

PRIZE ONE

​

Malevolent Sinners Omnibus by Samantha Barrett.

​

A collectible physical omnibus featuring a foiled cover, decorative specialty edges, and a personal signature by Samantha Barrett specifically for this Giveaway.

​

Approximate retail value: $80

​

PRIZE TWO

​

Dark Horse by C.R. Jane.

​

One physical copy personally signed by C.R. Jane, shared from the Organizer's collection following the release celebration.

Approximate retail value: $19.99

​

Total approximate retail value of both prizes: $99.99

​

Prizes are awarded as described, subject to applicable law. They are not redeemable for cash and are nontransferable.

​

Each winner receives one (1) signed book, not both.

6. Prize Preferences

​

Entrants may choose:

​

• Malevolent Sinners Omnibus.

• Dark Horse.

• Either book — Surprise me.

 

Participants selecting "Either book" are eligible for both prize drawings but receive only one entry overall.

The selection of "Either book" does not create an additional entry.

​

Prize preferences will be honored during the selection process.

​

7. Winner Selection

​

Two (2) potential winners will be selected through random drawings from eligible entries after the Giveaway closes.

​

For Prize One, the Organizer will randomly select a potential winner from eligible entrants who selected Malevolent Sinners Omnibus or Either Book.

​

That winner will be removed from the remaining eligible pool.

​

For Prize Two, the Organizer will randomly select a potential winner from eligible entrants who selected Dark Horse or Either Book.

If an initial selection is ineligible, does not respond within the specified period, or cannot accept the prize, an alternate potential winner may be randomly selected from the corresponding eligible pool.

​​

Each eligible person may win a maximum of one (1) prize.

​

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each applicable prize pool.

Winner selection is planned for on or about November 9, 2026.

​

Where legally required, a potential winner may be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question before being confirmed as a winner.

​​

8. Winner Notification

​

Potential winners will be contacted using the email addresses submitted through the official entry form.

​

Potential winners will have five (5) calendar days from the initial notification to respond and provide the information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and arrange delivery.

​

Failure to respond within that period may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

​

The Organizer will never require payment to the Organizer, a purchase, a credit card number, or banking credentials to claim a prize.

Winners should verify suspicious messages through the official website or hello@queenofsmut.net.

9. Official Giveaway Shipping & Customs Policy

​

9.1. Eligible Destinations & Geographic Restrictions

​

This Giveaway welcomes eligible international participants; however, international shipping is subject to geographic and postal service restrictions.

​

Due to concerns regarding unreliable local postal tracking, delivery reliability, and elevated package-loss risks, the Organizer cannot ship prizes to Central America or South America.

​

The Organizer also cannot ship to destinations experiencing active international postal suspensions or where applicable laws or carrier regulations prohibit delivery.

​

Entries from excluded locations will be disqualified.

Eligibility and shipping availability may be verified before a potential winner is officially confirmed.

​

9.2. Shipping Costs & Prize Value

​

Each confirmed winner will receive one (1) signed book and accompanying bookmarks.

Prizes will be shipped using standard economy international postage through an available postal or courier service.

The Organizer covers 100% of the standard outbound shipping postage.

​

The estimated baseline international postage starts at approximately $19.40 USD per package, although actual shipping costs vary by destination, weight, dimensions, and service availability.

​

The Organizer is responsible for the applicable standard postage charged for the shipment, even when the cost exceeds this estimate.

Prizes have no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged for their monetary value, postage costs, shipping credits, or any other compensation.

​

9.3. Customs Declarations, Import Duties & VAT

​

International shipments will be accurately declared on the required customs documentation.

​

The package will be identified as Merchandise, where applicable to the shipment and required by postal or customs regulations, with an accurate description of its contents and the applicable retail market value.

​

The Organizer will not falsely undervalue merchandise or misrepresent its contents to avoid customs assessments.

​

The winner is solely responsible for any destination-country customs duties, import taxes, Value Added Tax (VAT), Goods and Services Tax (GST), postal clearance fees, handling charges, or similar import-related assessments.

​

These charges are determined by the destination country's authorities and are separate from the international postage paid by the Organizer.

​

The Organizer does not undertake to prepay, reimburse, or refund destination-country import charges.

​

Winners are encouraged to consult their local customs or postal authority regarding potential import fees before accepting their prize.

Any applicable charges are payable directly to the relevant customs authority, postal provider, or delivery carrier, never to Queen Of Smut™ as a condition of claiming the prize.

9.4. Tracking, Customs Delays & Delivery Liability

​

Standard international tracking information will be provided to each winner when available through the selected shipping service.

​

Tracking may be available through the package's departure from the United States. Subsequent tracking updates and final delivery confirmation depend on the destination country's postal infrastructure and the service purchased.

​

Full door-to-door tracking cannot be guaranteed for every international destination.

​

The Organizer will use reasonable care in preparing, packaging, addressing, and dispatching each prize.

​

However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, the Organizer is not responsible for:

​

• Delays caused by international postal carriers, customs inspections, or local delivery services.

• Packages delayed, held, rejected, or confiscated by customs or other government authorities.

• Items reported as delivered by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen.

• Delivery failures caused by inaccurate or incomplete shipping details supplied by the winner.

• ​

If a package is returned because the winner provided an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the Organizer may decline to reship the prize.

​

In such circumstances, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be randomly selected from the applicable eligible entry pool.

​

Any such decision will be made reasonably and in accordance with applicable consumer-protection laws.

​

Because these prizes are signed collectible editions, identical replacements may not be available.

​

9.5. Winner Responsibilities

​

Confirmed winners must:

​

• Provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

• Verify that receiving the prize is permitted under local import regulations.

• Respond promptly to reasonable shipping-information requests.

• Pay any applicable destination-country import duties, VAT, GST, customs assessments, or postal handling fees.

• Monitor available tracking information and respond to legitimate customs or delivery-carrier notices.

 

By accepting a prize, the winner acknowledges the applicable international shipping conditions described in this section.

9.6. International Shipping Disclaimer

​

While the Queen Of Smut™ is delighted to share signed-book happiness internationally, postal infrastructure, international regulations, customs procedures, and delivery services vary significantly across destinations.

​

The Organizer reserves the right to decline shipping to any location where delivery is prohibited, suspended, or reasonably determined to be impracticable, subject to these Official Rules and applicable law.

​

No cash substitute will be provided solely because a participant resides in an excluded or undeliverable destination.

​

10. Email Marketing and Privacy

​

Giveaway participation does not require subscribing to The Sin Times™ or any other newsletter.

​

Newsletter participation is entirely optional.

​

Only entrants who separately provide affirmative marketing consent may be added to the applicable newsletter subscription process.

Personal information submitted for the Giveaway will be used for entry administration, eligibility verification, winner selection, prize notification, shipping arrangements, fraud prevention, and applicable legal record keeping.

Information will not be sold to advertisers.

​

11. Fair Participation

​

The Organizer reserves the right to investigate and disqualify entries reasonably determined to be fraudulent, automated, duplicated, falsified, or otherwise in violation of these Official Rules.

The Organizer may suspend, modify, or cancel the Giveaway when fraud, technical failure, unlawful circumstances, or other events beyond reasonable control materially compromise its integrity, subject to applicable law.

​

Any changes will be communicated through the official Giveaway page.

​

The Organizer will make reasonable efforts to preserve fairness and award the advertised prizes.

12. Social Media Disclaimer

​

This Giveaway may be promoted on Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, Pinterest, X, and other platforms.

It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with those social media platforms.

​

By participating, entrants release the applicable social media platforms from claims relating to this Giveaway to the extent permitted by law.

​

No social media platform is responsible for selecting winners, administering entries, or fulfilling prizes.

​

13. Author and Prize Disclosure

​

The Giveaway is independently administered by Queen Of Smut™ / Library Of Sin™.

​

Samantha Barrett personally signed the Malevolent Sinners Omnibus copy for this Giveaway.

​

The signed Dark Horse copy comes from the Organizer's personal collection.

​

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the authors are not responsible for administering the Giveaway, collecting entries, selecting winners, or shipping prizes.

14. Winner Announcement

​

The Organizer may announce that two winners have been selected after eligibility and acceptance are confirmed.

Winner names, social media handles, photographs, or other identifying information will not be publicly disclosed without appropriate permission, except where disclosure is legally required.

15. Applicable Law

​

The Giveaway is organized in Texas, United States, and is subject to applicable laws and regulations.

To the extent permitted by law, these Official Rules will be interpreted under Texas law, without limiting any non-waivable rights or protections available to international participants.
